An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Partner to join the London office of a leading mid‑Atlantic firm. The Firm is in growth mode, with a clear strategy to expand its corporate and M&A offering in the UK, building on recent recognition in the Chambers UK rankings and a strong track record of advising on complex cross‑border transactions.

The London corporate team is known for its expertise in M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate finance, advising both domestic and international clients across sectors. With recent hires and promotions strengthening the practice, the team is well‑positioned to continue its upward trajectory.

This role offers the chance to:

• Help lead and grow a high‑quality corporate practice in London.
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm’s international platform, including the US, APAC, and Europe.
• Advise on high‑value transactions such as IPOs, public takeovers, private equity deals, and joint ventures.
• Build and nurture client relationships, leveraging the firm’s strong global brand and sector expertise.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in corporate transactions, strong business development skills, and the ambition to play a central role in the growth of the London office. Entrepreneurial drive, collaborative leadership, and technical excellence are essential.
