As a Bid Manager, you'll lead and deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling bids across public and private sectors.

  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all submissions meet quality, branding, and governance standards.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure bid documents and graphics align with our brand.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Bid Performance Tracking: Monitor bid metrics, conduct post-bid reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid management.
  • Bid Management Experience: Proven success in managing and winning complex bids.
  • Proposal Writing: Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle and effective proposal writing.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with bid management software and MS Office.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days of annual leave (with options to buy or carry over)
