The Bid Writer will play a crucial role in supporting Ardent’s growth by leading and delivering high-quality bids. The Bid Writer will work closely with the Bid Manager, Sector Leads, and other teams to gather input and write compelling, work-winning bids that clearly articulate Ardent’s value proposition, technical capability, and differentiators.
As an ambassador of Ardent’s values, the Bid Writer will promote a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence, inspiring a commitment to inclusivity, change, and innovation.
Compliance and Quality:- Manage risk, approvals, governance, and version control throughout the bid process.
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality, persuasive bid responses tailored to client needs.
- Develop key sections such as methodology, quality, value, social value, sustainability, and innovation.
- Proven experience in bid writing and bid management within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of public and private sector procurement processes.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality bid submissions that maximize success rates.
