Role
Purpose: As a Bid Coordinator you will provide administrative, document management, and coordination support to the Growth team.
Your work will ensure compliance with procedures and timely submission of high-quality proposals, aiding our Heads of Growth to focus on strategic business development.
Key
Responsibilities: Assist in preparing, formatting, and submitting pre-qualification questionnaires, RFIs, and tender documents.
Track bid opportunities and maintain bid calendars and response libraries.
Manage version control and ensure consistency across bid documents.
Proofread and edit bid responses for accuracy and compliance.
Support Heads of Growth with administrative tasks related to new business opportunities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders for proposal inputs and maintain effective communication.
Update bid management systems and support post-bid reporting and lessons learned documentation.
