The Position

As a Waiter/Waitress at The Cadogan Arms, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. You’ll deliver a warm, genuine welcome, provide outstanding service throughout every visit, and lead by example on the floor – helping to inspire the entire front‑of‑house team to do the same. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, passion, and pride to everything they do.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast‑paced, quality restaurant or pub
  • A hands‑on attitude with the confidence to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
  • A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ambition to develop your Waiter/Waitress career within an award‑winning, forward‑thinking pub group

A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.
