The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dishes for our guests. You’ll bring experience from a quality-driven kitchen, working to high standards while consistently following standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, quality restaurant or pub
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
  • A creative approach to cooking with exceptional attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to continually learn and improve
  • Ambition to progress your career within an innovative and trend-setting pub group

A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.
