The Position
As a Waiter/Waitress at The Cadogan Arms, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll deliver a warm, genuine welcome, provide outstanding service throughout every visit, and lead by example on the floor- helping to inspire the entire front-of-house team to do the same. We're looking for someone who brings energy, passion, and pride to everything they do.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, quality restaurant or pub
- A hands-on attitude with the confidence to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a strong desire to learn and grow
