The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Head Bartender at The Hound in Chiswick to lead our bar team, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. You’ll thrive in a high-volume pub, sharing your expertise in beers, whisky, and cocktails.

You’ll have:

  • Experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced, quality pub, restaurant, or bar
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Creativity and exceptional attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for beverages, food, and hospitality, with a desire to learn and develop
  • Ambition to grow your career within an award-winning and forward-thinking pub group

A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs. If you love great drinks, leading a team, and creating memorable experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
