The Position
We're looking for a hands-on, proactive, and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager at The George to join our award-winning pub group. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and help deliver warm, memorable experiences for every guest.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager, ready to take on more responsibility
- A warm, personable, and hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Passion for hospitality and strong knowledge of food and beverage
