The Position
We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Bar Manager at The George, to lead our bar team, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. You'll thrive in a high-volume pub, sharing your expertise in beers, whisky, and cocktails.
You’ll have:
- Experience as a Head Bartender or Assistant Bar Manager in a fast-paced, quality pub, restaurant, or bar
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Creativity and exceptional attention to detail
- A genuine passion for beverages, food, and hospitality, with a desire to learn and develop
- Ambition to grow your career within an award-winning and forward-thinking pub group
