The Position
We’re looking for a hands‑on, enthusiastic General Manager to join our award‑winning pub group. You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences while running a high‑performing, quality pub.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a busy, premium pub or restaurant
- A warm, welcoming personality with a hands‑on approach and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lead, train, and progress a team
- Experience or a keen interest in managing the financial levers of a growing business
- Proven track record of setting a positive culture throughout the team
- A passion for hospitality and strong knowledge of food and beverage
- An eye for detail - proactive approach to improvement of every facet of the business
- Ambition to grow and develop within an award‑winning pub group
A typical working week may look like 4 or 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs. If you’re a proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced pub environment, we’d love to hear from you.
