The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Bar Manager at The Hound to lead our bar team, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. You’ll thrive in a high‑volume pub, sharing your expertise in beers, whisky, and cocktails.

You will have:

  • Experience as a Head Bartender or Assistant Bar Manager in a fast‑paced, quality pub, restaurant, or bar
  • A hands‑on, can‑do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Creativity and exceptional attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for beverages, food and hospitality, with a desire to learn and develop
  • Ambition to grow your career within an award‑winning and forward‑thinking pub group
