The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dishes for our guests.
You’ll bring experience from a quality‑driven kitchen, working to high standards while consistently following standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines.

- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie within a fast‑paced, quality restaurant or pub
- A hands‑on, can‑do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- A creative approach to cooking with exceptional attention to detail
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to continually learn and improve
- Ambition to progress your career within an innovative and trend‑setting pub group
A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts.
As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.
