The Position
We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Head Bartender at The Hound in Chiswick to lead our bar team, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. You’ll thrive in a high‑volume pub, sharing your expertise in beers, whisky, and cocktails.
You’ll have:
- Experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a fast‑paced, quality pub, restaurant, or bar
- A hands‑on, can‑do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Creativity and exceptional attention to detail
- A genuine passion for beverages, food, and hospitality, with a desire to learn and develop
- Ambition to grow your career within an award‑winning and forward‑thinking pub group
A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs. If you love great drinks, leading a team, and creating memorable experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
