The Position

We’re looking for a passionate Bartender to join our team at The George in Fitzrovia, delivering exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences with personality and flair. You’ll thrive in a high-volume pub, bar, or restaurant environment, bringing knowledge of beers, whisky, and cocktails.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced, quality pub, bar, or restaurant
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Creativity and exceptional attention to detail
  • Passion for beverages, food, and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow
  • Ambition to develop your career within an award-winning pub group

A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs. If you enjoy crafting drinks, engaging with guests, and working in a lively pub environment, we’d love to hear from you.
