Ardent Expert Chambers is seeking a Head of Operations to own day-to-day performance for a 16-person PA team and senior managers. The role reports directly to the Founder, with the Head of Marketing and Head of NMAP also reporting into you as the role and relationship develop.
Your first priority will be embedding into the operational team, building strong working relationships with our Team Leader and wider management team, and taking full ownership of day to day performance and support.
