Responsibilities- Assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence
- Supporting colleagues to manage their workloads effectively, preventing missed deadlines
- Updating Management Information systems to capture and report accurate data, adhering to timelines
- Engaging with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Contributing to team projects and initiatives
- Supporting planning applications
- Great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an enjoyment of problem‑solving are essential, along with Nationals Grade 5 passes in Maths and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, a proactive and positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment are required.
