We have a brand new and rare opportunity for a knowledgeable Head of Reinstatement, to join our team and deliver for our client Scottish Water.
This is an exciting time to join our organisation and alongside your leadership colleagues, you will challenge existing practices and ways of working, to develop and drive transformational change.
The Role
To drive an aligned performance culture, informed by intelligence, allowing us to grow our reputation and improve bottom line profitability. Key to this will be utilising your strategic experience and developing strong stakeholder relationships that ultimately deliver for the customer.
Activities
- Maintain an aligned performance culture; managing all contract procedures enabling us to improve profitability and drive to outperform in the achievement of our strategic objectives.
- Deliver First Time Fix strategy and First Time Reinstatement.
- Lead and inspire the performance management of senior operational teams (direct and indirect) to ensure efficient delivery.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management, coaching and development of contract managers and other direct reports.
- Drive a collaborative approach to service excellence.
- Facilitate weekly cost and value presentation.
- Create and share innovative strategies, processes, and procedures, to ensure commercial and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain a safe culture of accountability and ownership.
- Responsible for the P&L for repair and maintenance.
Qualifications
Extensive repair and maintenance management experience, within reinstatement and ideally the clean water sector.
Significant management experience, with a proven track record of team development is essential, along with resourcefulness and the ability to work under pressure.
Superb prioritising skills, with the ability to work successfully in a business environment whilst being persuasive, with captivating communication skills with experience in effectively landing key messages.
