We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People team. In this fast-paced role, you will have every opportunity to establish yourself as a subject matter expert, whilst building lasting relationships across the business and helping us to modernise our processes and material. This position is the perfect launchpad for someone who is keen to progress their career in the field of L&D.

Here are just some of the activities you will get involved in:

  • Maintaining the training database and collating all training information
  • Supporting trainers in the preparation of course material
  • Providing an advisory service to employees and managers, related to courses available internally and externally
  • Supporting the marketing and promotion of learning opportunities and events to colleagues
  • Working closely with the communications team to create content for L&D blogs and articles, to be published internally and externally
  • Producing monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports on staff training courses that have been completed
  • Ensuring all relevant training is arranged for new starters & existing colleagues, in addition to ongoing monitoring of regulated training requirements, to ensure all skilled staff are operating with the correct tickets.
