Ardenlee Care Home is beautifully located in its own grounds, offering scenic views over the sea, woodland, and gardens. We provide high-quality residential care for up to 32 residents, creating a homely and supportive environment where residents feel truly cared for. We are now looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our compassionate team. What We Offer

What You Will Do

You will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. From helping with daily routines and providing hands-on personal care, to promoting independence and emotional wellbeing, your presence will bring comfort and connection to those you support.

What We Are Looking For

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred
  • Ideally 6 months’ experience in a similar care role, though we welcome those with the right values and transferable skills
  • A passion for elderly care
  • A respectful and compassionate approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
