We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead and inspire our Food & Beverage operation across multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, events and conferencing facilities.

The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the Food & Beverage department.
You will drive revenue growth, maximise profitability, maintain exceptional service standards, and create a culture of excellence across all outlets.
You will oversee all aspects of the operation, from guest experience and team development to financial performance, compliance and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing all Food & Beverage teams across restaurants, bars, lounges, events and conferences
- Driving revenue growth and profitability through effective commercial management
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations
- Managing departmental budgets, labour costs, stock control and purchasing
- Ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and operating procedures
- Recruiting, coaching and developing managers and team members to achieve their full potential
- Analysing business performance and implement initiatives to improve sales and guest satisfaction
- Working closely with the Executive Chef and wider leadership team to develop innovative food and beverage offerings
- Maintaining compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety legislation
- Fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture aligned with Hiddenwell values
About You
We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who can combine strong commercial acumen with inspirational leadership
Essential Experience
- Have proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a hotel, resort or premium hospitality environment
- Have exceptional financial management skills with experience managing budgets, payroll and stock control
- Have the ability to demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction
- Have experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams
- Have an excellent understanding of food safety, licensing and health & safety legislation
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Additional Information
- Full-Time positions working 5 out of 7 days per week - including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- 45 hours per week
- Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 per annum - dependant on experience
