Are you an experienced bar professional who loves great drinks, great service and creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team and help lead the day-to-day operation of our bars. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside the team, support and develop colleagues, and make sure every guest receives the high standard of service we’re known for.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Bars Manager and Assistant Bars Manager with the smooth running of our bar operations.
  • Leading and motivating the bar team during busy services.
  • Creating a welcoming, engaging and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Ensuring drinks are prepared and presented consistently to a high standard.
  • Supporting the development of seasonal cocktails, drinks menus and bar promotions.
  • Training and coaching team members, helping them build their knowledge and confidence.
  • Running team briefings and keeping everyone informed of daily priorities and guest requirements.
  • Managing stock effectively, including ordering, wastage control and stocktakes.
  • Supporting rotas and shift planning to ensure the right level of cover.
  • Responding to guest feedback and resolving any issues professionally.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across all bar areas.
  • Ensuring responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Supporting cash handling, security and key-control procedures.
  • Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience working within a bar, hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment, with experience of supervising or leading others.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and excellent guest service.
  • Excellent knowledge of bar service, beverages and drink preparation.
  • Confidence in leading and motivating a team.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm during busy services.
  • Good attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
  • An understanding of stock control, wastage and cost management.
  • Knowledge of licensing, food hygiene and health & safety requirements.
  • Flexibility to work across a hospitality rota, including evenings and weekends.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time - Working 37.5 hours per week.
  • Working 5 out of 7 days a week.
  • Shift Pattern: As required. Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
