Ardencote Manor is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat. In the Head Chef’s absence you’ll steer kitchen operations and uphold standards of quality and presentation.
You will lead, train and motivate the team, manage stock and suppliers, and ensure safety, hygiene and COSHH compliance across busy service periods. A hands-on leader with strong communication is essential.
