Ardencote Hotel & Spa invites an experienced Spa Therapy & Retail Manager to lead and develop our Therapy and Retail departments. You will drive guest experiences, maximise revenue opportunities and uphold Ardencote’s luxury standards.
The role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership and delivering strong commercial results within a luxury hospitality setting. 45 hours per week across a 5‑day rota, with weekend involvement.
