We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our Orangery restaurant

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team and takes pride in delivering brilliant service

As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll work alongside our Restaurant Management team to make sure every service runs smoothly and our guests receive the high standards they expect

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading, supporting and motivating the Food & Beverage team during service
  • Helping create memorable experiences for every guest
  • Making sure our restaurant standards are consistently maintained
  • Supporting daily restaurant planning and staffing
  • Briefing the team on menus, dietary requirements, VIPs and special requests
  • Training and developing team members to help them perform at their best
  • Completing opening and closing procedures
  • Maintaining excellent cleanliness, presentation and uniform standards
  • Helping resolve guest queries and concerns, escalating when needed
  • Supporting stock and wastage recording
  • Making sure Health & Safety, COSHH and food service procedures are followed

About You

  • Must be passionate about hospitality and great customer service
  • Must be confident supervising and motivating a team
  • Must be organised and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
  • Must be friendly, approachable and professional
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with both guests and colleagues
  • Must be proactive and happy to get involved wherever needed
  • Must be committed to maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and safety

Additional Information

  • Full-time - Working 37.5 hours per week
  • Working 5 out of 7 days a week
  • Shift Pattern: As required
  • Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
