Ardencote Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our bars within the Food & Beverage team. This hands-on role involves supporting and developing colleagues to ensure guests receive our high standard of service.
You will work closely with Bars Manager and Assistant Bars Manager, guiding service, stock control, and promotions to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Evening and weekend work are required.
