About the Role
Join a leading Formula 1 team as a Quality Engineer to drive improvements in Quality Assurance and Manufacturing. This role is also perfect for an experienced Quality Inspector looking to step up. You will work closely with Design and Production teams to ensure robust inspection controls and that all assemblies meet high-quality standards.
Day to Day:
- Collaborate with Design and Production to resolve quality issues and improve part accuracy.
- Ensure design specs align with manufacturing processes for product conformance.
- Validate components and ensure Quality Assurance processes are adhered to.
- Support Manufacturing and Jig Management teams to establish and validate inspection standards.
- Train staff to ensure they meet quality standards in measurement tasks.
