CNC Turner - Permanent & Contract available - Motorsport
We currently have 2 CNC Turning roles available based in Thatcham, Berkshire. We’re looking for experienced CNC Turners to join one of our most prestigious Motorsport clients, who are currently going through an exciting period of expansion.
You will be responsible for programming, editing and operating a range of Okuma machines to produce transmission system parts to the company’s quality standards. Our client takes huge pride in the quality of our product, so you’ll be used to working to Quality Control procedures, adhering to, and documenting plans in accordance with these. All components must be packaged correctly to prevent any damage so you must have a good attention to detail and awareness around packaging.
If you have experience within the automotive, aerospace or motorsport industries, this would be a huge advantage.
The 2 roles we have available are on nights Monday to Thursday, and we also have the Friday to Sunday weekend shift.
- Weekends: Friday – Sunday 06:00 – 18:30 with 30 minute break. 25% Shift allowance premium.
- Nights: Monday – Thursday, 19:00 – 06:00 with 1 hour unpaid break. 30% Shift allowance premium.
