Join the World of High-Performance Engines! Arden White is seeking a Senior Calibration Engineer to join our clients Engineering team and work on cutting-edge, high-performance engine development. You'll play a pivotal role in engine and vehicle calibration for some of the most advanced engines in the world, including performance, emissions, and low-volume production programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engine and vehicle calibration programmes, including emissions, performance, and low-volume production.
  • Oversee a team of engineers, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct on-site test bed activities in Northampton and support UK-based vehicle calibration.
  • Lead overseas testing and validation trips (Europe & US).
  • Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and relevant legislation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support their development.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience and passion for high-performance gasoline engine calibration.
  • Specialism in emissions and OBD, with Gasoline Particulate Filter experience highly desirable.
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
