Arden White is hiring Engine Test Technicians to join an industry-leading client at the forefront of high-performance engine development across motorsport, automotive, marine, and aerospace sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, remove, and operate engines or engine sub-assemblies on test rigs.
- Set up and rig instrumentation and sensors for data collection.
- Program and operate automated engine test equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate test tools, rigs, and support systems.
- Manage stock of tools, consumables, and spare parts.
- Support tooling design and manufacturing for custom test setups.
- Accurately complete test logs, fault reports, maintenance sheets, and time tracking.

- Hands-on experience in an engine testing or engine build environment.
- Solid knowledge of internal combustion engines.
- Able to follow engineering drawings and test procedures.
