Arden University is seeking a Student Hub Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for our diverse student body, supporting across in-person, phone, email, live chat and messenger, delivering a friendly, proactive service.
This role includes evening and some Saturday shifts during teaching weeks, with hours typically 37 per week, and Saturday hours paid at a higher rate with a day off in lieu.
