This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 1 day\’s travel into our Coventry head office per week. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit, so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

Student Experience

Our Student Hub Advisors sit within our Student Experience team, who are crucial to providing pastoral support and career advice to students to maintain student welfare. This includes providing the best experience and guidance from application, admission, through to graduation.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for student enquiries and support.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, live chat, and messenger.
  • Provide innovative and customized solutions to student issues.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer care by going above and beyond in every interaction.

About You

  • Extensive experience in customer service, ideally in a student-facing role.
  • Strong passion for helping others succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in administration and IT literacy.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
