About the Role
We are looking for an innovative Student Finance Officer to join our dynamic Student Finance team. As a Student Finance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students studying through our blended learning model. Reporting to the Student Finance Team Leader, you will be the primary point of contact for face‑to‑face student support, while also managing crucial aspects of student funding. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with colleagues to ensure students receive the best advice and support for their financial needs.
About You
We are interested in hearing from enthusiastic, proactive individuals with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent customer service skills, along with strong Excel and data reporting capabilities, are essential. This role involves close collaboration with teams across the Finance department and the broader Arden University community. You will be a key contributor to continuous process improvement as we grow and evolve as an organisation.
