This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 1 day travel into our Coventry head office per month. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

Quality and Registry Team
The Quality Administrator sits within our Quality and Registry team, the university’s administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking and assessment. The team is also responsible for processing all results and grades for students and producing all certificates awarded at graduation.
The Role – Quality Administrator
Reporting to our Quality Team Leader, we are looking for a Quality Administrator to join our highly skilled and supportive Quality Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role provides important administrative support of Arden’s quality assurance and enhancement processes and procedures including academic misconduct, student disciplinary, student appeals and exceptional mitigating circumstances.
About You
To be successful as a Quality Administrator you must have:
Essential:
- Strong Administrative and customer service skills
- Experience of working with database systems and excel reporting spreadsheets or data dashboards
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads, to meet specific deadlines in a high-pressured environment
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment
- Knowledge of quality assurance or registry processes in an educational context
- Experience of working with student record systems or large IT record systems
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
Hours per week: 37
