This role will require a presence of at least 3/4 days a week on our Nottingham campus, with 1 day working from home to suit the student timetable. You may be required to be on campus 5 days a week in some cases, based on teaching and meeting requirements. Our hybrid working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit which could change at any point during your employment.

About the Opportunity:
As our Business Management provision continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Lecturer in Business Management to join our academic team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of business professionals by delivering engaging, career-focused teaching that brings theory to life through practical application.
As a Lecturer, you will:
- Deliver engaging and interactive teaching across a range of Business Management modules.
- Act as a Personal Academic Coach (PAC), supporting students' engagement, progression and academic success.
- Take ownership of module leadership where required, ensuring high-quality learning materials and an excellent student experience.
- Design authentic assessments, oversee marking activities and provide constructive, timely feedback.
- Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of programmes and modules, ensuring they reflect current industry practice and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to embed innovative teaching approaches, digital technologies and AI-enhanced learning where appropriate.
- Support the School's commitment to academic excellence, student satisfaction and continuous improvement.
About You:
We would like to hear from applicants who have:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in subject relevant to the teaching area.
- A recognised HE Teaching Qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level or demonstrate commitment to gain this recognition within 12 months of appointment.
- The ability to evidence CPD to show your commitment to enhancing your knowledge and teaching capability, including your practical teaching methods and techniques.
- The ability to demonstrate excellent breadth or depth of specialist knowledge in the discipline/subject area to cover Level 4 to Level 7.
