Key Responsibilities
- Lead and innovate: Drive the development and delivery of high‑quality programmes, ensuring outstanding student outcomes and curriculum enhancement.
- Quality management: Manage and enhance programme quality, securing accreditation from relevant professional bodies.
- Academic leadership: Collaborate with Deans, Heads, and Lecturers to implement university strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Programme and module leadership: Take charge of key programmes and modules, guiding large student cohorts and managing lecturer teams.
- Research and scholarship: Engage in research activities to advance your field and contribute to our institution’s academic reputation.

About You
- A recognised HE teaching qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level or willingness to gain within 12 months of appointment.
- The ability to develop and enhance existing programmes, modules or short courses to ensure currency and high levels of student outcomes.
- Significant and successful track record of teaching, learning and assessment practice in a relevant discipline/subject at different HE levels.
