The predicted salary is between 36000 - 48000 € per year.

This role is primarily based on our Brand New Newcastle City Centre Campus five days a week, with occasional evening and weekend commitments to support students and foster a strong campus culture. Some home working may be available where appropriate, while maintaining a consistent and visible on-site presence.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Careers Consultant to provide information, advice and guidance to Arden Students and Graduates by using a wide range of online tools to assess their values, interests, skills and abilities, helping them to acquire skills and resources to plan and manage their careers. You will develop and deliver careers education materials online and in-person as part of the academic curriculum, collaborating and co-creating with academic colleagues and students. You will be involved in annual service planning working with schools and faculties, as well as taking part in ongoing reviews and enhancements.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team at this exciting stage of growth. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A relevant professional careers qualification or experience of working in a recruitment or human resources function.
  • Experience of working with students or graduates from diverse backgrounds, supporting them in a variety of contexts.
  • A proven ability to coach and mentor individuals to help them achieve their goals and succeed.
  • Experience of working on complex projects to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Awareness of current issues in Higher Education and an understanding of graduate employment trends.
