This role follows a hybrid working arrangement and will require travel to our Manchester campus during open days for each of the four intakes throughout the year. This will involve being on-site 2–3 days per week for up to two months. You may also be required to travel to additional campuses as needed. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements.

About the Role
You will be supporting the Business Development Operations Team Leader and wider BD team in managing day-to-day operational processes. This role ensures agent onboarding, compliance tracking, data management, and interview scheduling are delivered efficiently and accurately. You will monitor and coordinate operational tasks, maintain trackers and systems and provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders and education agents. This role is essential in ensuring that business development operations run smoothly and that compliance and quality standards are consistently met. You will also be key in face-to-face Interview Days, travelling to different campuses and helping to co-ordinate the days with Academic and Campus support.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with the following experience:
- Essential requirements:
- A-Levels, plus some hands-on experience in a similar or related operational role(s)
- Able to plan and prioritise tasks effectively and work to deadlines
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of working in a customer/student-focused environment
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment and being able to organise oneself to keep on top of workload
- Desirable requirements:
- Proven track record of extensive relevant work experience, demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge of a specific/specialised field of work.
- Knowledge in SITS, MS Excel and Salesforce
