About the Role
The Coach plays a vital role in guiding and supporting apprentices throughout their degree apprenticeship journey at Arden. Your primary focus will be to empower learners as they develop the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for success. You will be assigned a group of candidates for the duration of their programme and will be responsible for monitoring and supporting their progress through to successful completion of the End Point Assessment (EPA). Drawing on your coaching expertise, you will provide detailed feedback, set meaningful actions, and offer regular, tailored guidance to help each learner stay on track and achieve their goals.
About You
- Skilled at guiding and supporting apprentices from their starting point through to successful EPA completion.
- Experienced in taking learners through learning journeys and empowering them to build essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
- Deep understanding of leadership principles, coaching methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of apprenticeship compliance and quality, with ability to complete essential administration tasks with a keen eye for detail.
