About the Opportunity:
The role of Lecturer in Human Resources Management will report to our Senior HRM Lecturer. As a Lecturer, you will:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures online for our blended and distance learning students.
- Have a strong focus on supporting the student experience and attaining outcome driven metrics in progression, continuation and student satisfaction.
- Take on module leadership, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work.
- Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high-quality feedback.
- Lead or support the creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends and employer requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students.
- Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment.
About You:
To be successful as a Lecturer in Human Resources Management you must have:
- MSc or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field and/or substantial industry experience.
- CIPD qualification.
- AdvanceHE Recognition - FHEA or willing to achieve within 12-18 months.
You will be experienced in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices in Higher Education, and be able to bring your knowledge and understanding to Arden to grow our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes. You will be able to evidence your successful experience of working in programme teams and of being a creative and inspiring lecturer and colleague.
