These roles operate on a hybrid working arrangement requiring regular 3 days travel to Holborn Campus UK when needed. Travel may fluctuate weekly based on business needs. The primary location will be at our Holborn campus.
Our working model is a non-contractual benefit, with Arden work location added to employment contracts.

About our Department:
The Department of Health and Care Management offers a dynamic education on managing health and care services and teams. Our courses, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), equip students with current knowledge and essential management and leadership skills valued in the healthcare sector.
About the Opportunity:
We seek a Lecturer to teach our Health and Care Management (UG) programme. Reporting to a Senior Lecturer, your responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging lectures for blended learning students.
- Leading modules, developing learning materials, and schemes of work.
- Overseeing assessment marking, creating authentic assessments, and providing feedback.
- Supporting the development and refresh of programmes to align with industry trends.
- Collaborating to provide academic advice and support to students.
- Driving innovation in teaching, student support, and assessment.
About You:
To succeed, you should have:
- MSc or equivalent in Health and Care or related field.
- Experience in Health and Care management or similar.
- Undergraduate teaching experience.
- Research supervision experience at undergraduate level.
- AdvanceHE Recognition – FHEA or willingness to obtain within 12-18 months.
Desirable: Experience teaching UG Apps.
