These roles operate on a hybrid working arrangement, requiring regular 3 days travel to Holborn Campus. Travel each week will fluctuate based on business needs. The primary location for this role will be based at our Holborn campus.

Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit; please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Lecturer for our Health and Care Management (UG) programme. Reporting to a Senior Lecturer, you will:

  1. Deliver engaging lectures for blended learning students.
  2. Take on module leadership, ensuring quality and development of learning materials.
  3. Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high-quality feedback.
  4. Support the creation and refreshment of programmes to align with industry trends.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to advise and support students.
  6. Drive innovation in teaching, student support, and assessment.

About You:

To succeed as a Lecturer, you should have:

  1. MSc or equivalent in Health and Care or related field.
  2. Experience in Health and Care management or similar.
  3. Undergraduate teaching experience.
  4. Research supervision experience at undergraduate level.
  5. Experience teaching MSc and apprenticeships.
  6. AdvanceHE Recognition – FHEA or willingness to achieve within 12-18 months.
