About our School:
You will work with our growing academic team in the Department of Accounting and Finance, which develops and delivers our undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Accounting and Finance. We aim to equip students with an in-depth understanding of modern accounting and finance, including the role of technology in the field, such as Fintech and blockchain, and to develop their skills in making sound investment decisions. Throughout the course, students have opportunities to apply their learning in real-world scenarios, gaining practical skills for their future careers.
About the Opportunity:
Arden University is establishing Employer Advisory Boards to ensure our programs remain industry-aligned and responsive to economic and technological changes.
As a member of the Employer Advisory Board, you will help shape the future of education by sharing your industry expertise and insights. Your contributions will support curriculum development, promote graduate employability, and strengthen partnerships between the faculty and the industry.
This is a strategic and collaborative role that amplifies the employer voice, helping to guide the university\’s direction and ensure students graduate prepared for the modern workforce.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, project management, SME/start-ups, or AI.
Additional relevant experience may include:
- Governance & Strategy
- Global economic trends and their local impacts
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Financial management systems (e.g., ERP, data analytics platforms)
- Knowledge of financial laws (e.g., procurement, public finance acts, ethics)
