Reporting to: Quality Manager - Agents

Department: Quality (Partnerships)

Location and Travel: Travel to Coventry head office approximately 1 day every 2 weeks. Travel may fluctuate in line with business requirements.

About the Opportunity:

  • Assist the Quality Officer for Agents in assessing application documentation submitted by prospective education agents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal due diligence requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks (including AQF standards).
  • Conduct refreshed due diligence checks on existing Education Agents to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with legal and commercial teams to be responsive and compliant with business needs.

  • Takes ownership of their work, using their initiative to follow things up and keep processes on track.
