About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Campus Manager to be responsible for all campus operations and provide a first-class student experience in our amazing Birmingham City Centre Campus.
You will :
- Lead and manage our Student Experience Hub Team, who are the central point of contact for students
- Manage escalated Student Queries / Cases
- Manage operational excellence through the day-to-day campus operations, ensuring academic and support services meet regulatory requirements and Arden\'s values.
- Engage and motivate students and staff, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Create meaningful and memorable student experiences.
Please note: occasional evening work may be required during peak periods.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in the day-to-day operational management of a regional office or educational centre. You’ll bring excellent people management skills, alongside strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Essential requirements:
- Experience in running education operations and student experience services.
- A strong awareness of developments in the higher education sector and the external professional environment.
- A proven track record in team management, coaching, and performance development skills.
- A hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment are essential to success in this role.
- Strong planning, project management, and resource allocation abilities.
- Knowledge of and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Passion for delivering a high-quality student experience.
- Experience in budget monitoring and resource planning.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience planning large events or student engagement activities.
