Location and Working Arrangements
We are recruiting for 1 role in Holborn and 2 roles in Coventry. The role operates on a hybrid working arrangement with approximately 2-3 week visits to the Holborn campus (London) or the Coventry Head Office, and occasional travel to other London campuses. Fluency in travel travel may fluctuate in line with business requirements.

Business Development Team
The Business Development team drives growth through new partnerships and increased student numbers.
About the Role
The Business Development Operations Team Leader will support day‑to‑day operational processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing agent onboarding, compliance tracking, data management, and interview scheduling efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinating operational tasks, maintaining trackers and systems, and providing high‑quality support to internal stakeholders and external education agents.
- Assisting with face‑to‑face interview days, travelling to various campuses and coordinating with Academic and Campus support.
- Ensuring smooth operations and consistent compliance and quality standards across the BD team.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with the following experience and skills:
- A‑Levels plus hands‑on experience in a related operational role.
- Ability to plan, prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer/student‑focused experience.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment and self‑organising workload.
Desirable skills include:
- Extensive relevant work experience and specialised knowledge in a specific field.
- Knowledge of SITS, MS Excel and Salesforce.
