This role sits within the Student Experience team and supports pastoral care, guidance and student welfare from application through to graduation. The Attendance and Engagement Officer will gather and monitor student attendance and online engagement data and provide precise information to assist with Arden University’s attendance and engagement policy.
Responsibilities
- Gather and monitor student attendance and online engagement data
- Provide timely information to support the implementation of the attendance and engagement policy
- Support Student Support teams to promote student welfare and successful progression
Qualifications
- A relevant undergraduate degree or prior experience in a similar position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with email and internet tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities with effective workflow management
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
