Join us as an Apprenticeship Funding & Compliance Administrator, where you'll ensure our apprenticeship programmes comply with ESFA/DfE funding rules and are always audit-ready. You'll work closely with our Corporate Learning team to maintain accurate ILR data and support key learner processes—from enrolment checks to managing breaks in learning and completions.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Apprenticeship Funding & Compliance Administrator who can support with a range of learner processes—from enrolment compliance checks to managing changes like breaks in learning and completions. You must also have the following experience:

  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (required).
  • Level 3 qualification or relevant experience in an administrative, compliance, or education setting.
  • Experience in an administrative or data management role within an education, training, or regulated environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with sensitive or confidential information.

Desirable requirements:

  • Training or certification related to data management, funding compliance, or education administration.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery models and regulatory requirements in higher education.
