About the Role

The Coach plays a vital role in guiding and supporting apprentices throughout their degree apprenticeship journey at Arden. Your primary focus will be to empower learners as they develop the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for success. You will be assigned a group of candidates for the duration of their programme and will monitor and support their progress through to successful End Point Assessment (EPA). You will provide detailed feedback, set meaningful actions, and offer regular, tailored guidance to help each learner stay on track and achieve their goals.

About You

  • You will be skilled at guiding and supporting apprentices through their learning journey.
  • You will empower learners as they build the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours to succeed and guide them from start point to successful EPA completion.
  • You will demonstrate an understanding of leadership principles, coaching methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge to support apprentices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to complete essential administration tasks with attention to detail and understand apprenticeship compliance and quality.
