They are seeking an experienced SQL Database developer to join a growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining stored procedures, functions, and triggers, as well as experience with performance tuning and query optimisation. You will also have knowledge of .Net Core to bridge the gap between database and application layers. You’ll design and optimise database logic while collaborating with the software engineering team to ensure smooth, efficient integration with .Net Core services. This role will be critical in ensuring their applications run smoothly and deliver high-performing data-driven solutions.
What you’ll do
* Develop, optimise and maintain stored procedures, functions and views
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to design end-to-end solutions from database to application layer
* Tune queries and indexes for high performance in production systems
* Support deployment pipelines, version control and CI/CD processes for both database and application code
* Build and enhance .Net Core services with efficient database integration
